As a parent, I know how quickly they grow up. However, as a parent who has lost a young child, I also know how important it is to capture these memories so that they last forever. My daughter Sarah passed away unexpectedly at the age of 2, and all I have left are memories and the portraits that I created of her.
That is one reason why I take extra delight in creating portraits of young children.
